This painting came about when prepping some panels for new work. I streaked some acrylic down the panel and instead of brushing it out I left the tree like shapes. Then as I began to add paint, the design began to come out. The title came after the fact on this one. the image reminded me of the look of field after a wild fire or controlled burn. Sometimes the title is first but this time I had no idea what this would become.
